Celonis works with Convercent, an independent third-party provider, which acts as the intake for receiving reports, including anonymous ones, and provides the secure and confidential system for Celonis to manage reports and investigations. You can choose to submit your report via this website by clicking here or you can call or text using the contact information below. The references to "Call Us" and "Text Us" refer to how you will reach Convercent directly. You can report anonymously using any of these options.

What happens after making a report?


Your report will be processed and the information will be provided to the appropriate person(s) in Celonis' Legal, Ethics & Compliance team team.  If you make an anonymous report, please provide as much information and evidence as possible, and check back with the Helpline periodically for communications and possible follow-up questions regarding your concern.

What happens when I make a report?


  • If you call the Helpline, your call will be answered by an independent third party experienced in handling hotline calls. An interviewer will ask questions and submit a secure report to the Celonis team that handles ethics concerns.
  • If you decide to file a report using the online reporting system or by Text, you will enter responses to the written questions and the report generated from these responses will be sent to the Celonis team that handles ethics concerns.

YOU CAN CHOOSE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

If you do, please provide as much detail as possible so Celonis can assess, and if appropriate, investigate thoroughly. You will be able to get an access number and select a password so you can log in to the Convercent system to see if an investigator has follow-up questions or updates for you.
