It is up to our generation to drive the digital transformation in companies. The extent to which Celonis supports students with its Academic Alliance is exemplary and has supported my academic pathway significantly.
The Process Mining Expert (PME) training offers an ideal introduction to the technology. The program scores with fun group work, an integrated learning environment and continuous support.
As a student consultant I have already dealt with business processes in several companies. As Celonis was founded as a result of a student consultancy project, I was familiar with the company, but never really had any closer contact before the PME program. Therefore, I was very happy when I received the invitation from the German Association of Student Consultants (BDSU) and did not hesitate to sign up for this program.
The program exceeded my expectations. I met a motivated group of about 30 student consultants, including some familiar faces. This was complemented by the ongoing support of Celonis experts. The digital program is a combination of instructional videos, quizzes, and a guided casework. The theoretical E-Learning courses were discussed and applied by solving real casework in small groups. The amazing variety of the presented results and the open exchange on the different approaches has improved my learning curve and motivated me to think outside the box.
We have already discussed the implementation of Process Mining with first customers and are looking forward to kicking off our first project with the support of Celonis. I would like to thank Celonis and the BDSU for this learning opportunity.
