Keynote Speaker at World Tour San Francisco
Former Vice President Al Gore is the cofounder and chairman of Generation Investment Management, and the founder and chairman of The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit devoted to solving the climate crisis. He is also a senior partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and a member of Apple Inc.โs board of directors.
Keynote Speaker at World Tour New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco
Tom Davenport is the Presidentโs Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, the co-founder of the International Institute for Analytics, a Fellow of the MIT Initiative for the Digital Economy, and a Senior Advisor to Deloitte Analytics. He has written or edited twenty books and over 250 print or digital articles for Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, the Financial Times, and many other publications. He earned his Ph.D from Harvard University and has taught at the Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago, the Tuck School of Business, Boston University, and the University of Texas at Austin.
Keynote Speaker at World Tour Cologne
Matthias Horx has been the trend researcher in the German-speaking world for many years. His lectures impress and inspire young and old alike. His journalistic work extends over a period of 25 years, during which he has published numerous bestsellers.
Born in Dรผsseldorf in 1955, Matthias Horx studied sociology in the 1970s and embarked on a career as a journalist in the 1980s. He worked as an editor and author for TEMPO, MERIAN and DIE ZEIT. Following the "Trendbรผros" in Hamburg, which he initiated, he founded "das ZUKUNFTSINSTITUT" in 1996, a company which is dedicated to the representation and analysis of fundamental future developments in everyday culture, business and society, which has since achieved great popularity.
Horx lives with his wife and their children in Vienna, where he also works and researches. His Future Institute in Frankfurt has developed into the most renowned think tanks of German trend and future research. Since 2007, Matthias Horx has been teaching scientific trend and futurology as a registered lecturer at Zeppelin University on Lake Constance.

Christian Baudis is a digital entrepreneur, futurist and former head of Google Germany. He has successfully founded several European start-ups and worked for over 20 years in leading CEO positions in the European media and Internet industry. He is also curator of the Goethe Business School (GBS) in Frankfurt a.M., advisory board member and guest lecturer of the MBA for digital transformation offered there.
Christian Baudis advises international investors and companies on their digital strategy and is a well-known keynote speaker. He has been voted Germany's Top Internet & Media Manager several times and has been awarded well-known prizes in the digital industry. He studied International Management at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. Christian speaks five languages fluently.
He recently founded My Digital. My Digital is a digital innovation company that helps companies successfully manage digital transformation. It is divided into three business divisions: My Digital Business (Companies & Organisations), My Digital Start-Up (Start-Ups & Investments) & My Digital Future (Labs & Innovations).
Keynote Speaker at World Tour London
Rob Koplowitz is Vice President and Principal Analyst Serving Application Development and Delivery Professionals at Forrester. His research focuses on digital process automation as well as artificial intelligence and cognitive computing.
Rob returned to Forrester after leading IBMโs strategy for integrating Watson into the companyโs collaboration services. Rob brings many years of experience in enterprise software consulting, product marketing, product management, and strategy. Prior to IBM, he was a vice president, principal analyst with Forrester where he was a leader in collaboration and enterprise social research.
Before that, he was a director of product management with Microsoft, where he played a strategic role with Duet, a joint initiative brought to market with SAP. Prior to Microsoft, Rob was a senior director of product marketing with Oracle, where he focused on Oracleโs content, collaboration, portal, and business intelligence offerings. He also spent 15 years in consulting working for Lotus/IBM and other global software services firms with a focus on corporate collaboration.
