Celosphere 2025: The ultimate Process Intelligence and AI event

This November, Celonis will bring together 3,000 business leaders from around the globe and across domains at Celosphere, the ultimate Process Intelligence event for everyone who believes in the power of processes. Where and When is Celosphere 2025?

Celosphere 2025 will be held at the Messe München in Munich, Germany on November 4 and 5.

Celosphere 2025 Registration and Pricing

You can register for this year’s Celosphere on the event page as well as apply to be a speaker. The deadline for speaker applications is June 30. General attendee tickets, which includes access to the main two-day event and our pre-conference day, cost €1,199. Discounts are available. Attendees who register early can save up to €400 with very early bird pricing of €799 per ticket available until August 28 and early bird pricing of €999 per ticket available until October 12.

Dr. Jörg Burzer is a member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. He oversees the global production network in the Production, Quality, and Supply Chain Management Division. Prior to his current role, he was the Executive Vice President of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz AG, responsible for production and supply chain management.

On November 3, one day before Celosphere kicks-off, you are invited to join us at our special pre-conference event at the Messe München. At Celosphere’s Pre-Conference Day, you can attend three unique programs: the Ecosystem Summit, the Process Earth Sprint, and the Industry Summit.

Ecosystem Summit

Celosphere’s ultimate partner event has returned, and attendees will be able to join others in learning how to:

• Become a product expert: See which new features and use cases can help you create endless value for your clients–like boosting revenue, lowering costs, increasing productivity, or driving sustainability.

Access to the Ecosystem Summit is included complimentary in the Partner ticket and no action is needed at registration. Add-on or Ecosystem Summit-only are not available for purchase for other ticket-type holders.

Process Earth Sprint

The Process Earth Sprint is Celosphere’s sustainability hackathon. Work alongside Celonauts to build real solutions to tackle the most critical sustainability challenges–in just a few hours.

At last year’s Celosphere, a leading food logistics company took the top spot at the event, using the Celonis platform to optimize fulfillment centers. The app that was built displayed total emissions, vehicle type and route of deliveries, and order. Addresses in poor-performing routes can be rezoned to a different fulfillment center, ultimately reducing the overall emissions to reach customers and eliminating human error. 

Their prize? Bragging rights, a beautiful trophy, and time with Celonis’ implementation teams to help turn their concept into a reality.

A separate application process is required. If approved, participation is free, however a general conference pass is still needed. 

Industry Summit

Attendees can choose to opt-in to an add-on ticket to attend the Industry Summit. Exchange with Celonis industry and product experts, catch up on the latest platform developments including industry-specific Apps, and share your experience with other passionate changemakers in your industry. You can choose from 7-8 key industries tailored for each domain.

You must register your interest and be formally accepted separately. There is no additional fee to attend the Industry Summit. 

AI Lab

Fast-track your AI journey at the Celonis AI Lab where you can create real AI solutions powered by Process Intelligence–all in one day.

Identify real business problems, exchange insights with peers, and work side-by-side with Celonis experts to build AI solutions.
