With strongly becoming more relevant in the Banking & Insurance industry, we will focus on the Celonis usage and value creation in this industry. You will be able to gather and share useful insights on how Celonis is being leveraged in the banking & insurance industry targeting process excellence and ultimately customer-centricity. Learn how other customers in the industry are making use of Celonis by discovering, enhancing and monitoring core- as well as supporting business-processes.

The goal is to share real-world best practices and various approaches on optimal organizational set-up, business buy-in, and concrete industry use cases. Overcoming challenges around change management, creating business relevance and integrating Celonis into a highly customized system landscape will be further touched.

The focus of the workshop will be based on a dynamic exchange among Celonis customers, guided by Celonis. The exchange will be enriched with insights on Celonis methodology and our product roadmap for the financial services industry.
