About Celosphere

Celosphere is the worldโ€™s largest Process Mining technology conference and the ultimate event for Process Excellence, hosted by Celonis in collaboration with our global network of partners.

The mission of Celosphere is to foster the global community of Celonis customers and partners, create a space for learning and sharing Process Mining best practices, and empower change agents to accelerate Process Excellence.

The Venue

Weโ€™re thrilled to host this yearโ€™s Celosphere at Triebwerk Mรผnchen, a dazzling industrial venue in Munich. Its rich history dates back over 100 years, as a maintenance station for locomotives, wagons, and train track components. With 25,000 square meters of brick, steel, and indoor and outdoor industrial spaces, Triebwerk provides a dramatic backdrop for the out-of-this-world event that is Celosphere 2020.

The closest major airport is Munichโ€™s Franz Josef Strauss International Airport (MUC). It is located approximately 40 km from the city center.

Who should attend?

At Celosphere, youโ€™ll find session content applicable to a wide variety of roles and departments, and all levels of Process Mining expertise. If youโ€™re an agent of change, there is a place for you at Celosphere!

What is the difference between the "Attendee" and "Partner" ticket types?

The Attendee ticket is for current and prospective Celonis customers, and gives you full access to the event on April 29 and 30. The Attendee ticket is for those looking to maximize their current use of Celonis, or learn more about Process Mining technology and our Celonis capabilities.

The Partner ticket is for official partners of Celonis and gives you access to the event on April 28, 29, and 30. Event sponsors and other partners should purchase this ticket type.

What will the conference focus on?

Celosphere session content focuses on everything from broad, enterprise-wide transformation to targeted, hands-on learning and best practices. Speakers and the full conference agenda will be announced soon.

When should I register?

We recommend that you register as early as possible to secure your spot and register for the sessions you want to attend. The early bird ticket price is only available until February 29th, 2020.

Is it possible to attend only one session or portion of Celosphere?

Unfortunately, only full-conference tickets are available. We do not offer separate registration options for partial attendance.

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

The Celosphere cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Registrations cancelled in writing by 11:59 PM CET on Wednesday, 2 January 2019 are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fees paid minus a service charge of 100โ‚ฌ.
  • Registrations cancelled in writing by 11:59 PM CET on Friday, 1 February 2019 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid minus a service charge of 100โ‚ฌ.
  • Registrations cancelled after 11:59 PM CET on Monday, 4 March 2019 are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any cancellation request must be sent via email to info@celosphere.com, specifying the ticket number and the full name of the ticket owner. In the event Celonis cancels the conference or a registration for the conference, the ticket owner will receive a full refund provided they have complied with all terms specified at the time of registration.

Are there discounted tickets available?

Discounted โ€œearly birdโ€ tickets available until February 29th, 2020. After that, only full-price tickets will be available.

Also, if you purchase five (5) tickets, you will get one of the tickets for free โ€” equivalent to a 20% discount.

Which languages are used during Celosphere sessions?

All sessions will be held in English. We offer a variety of meet-ups, social events, and other opportunities to connect with attendees in your local language, including German.
