Celonis launches global industry forums for Oil & Gas, Financial Services, CPG and Retail

Celonis kicked-off global industry forums that enable process leaders in multiple industries to share best practices, expertise and success stories. The first forums were held for Celonis customers in Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Consumer Product Goods and Retail during Celosphere 2022.

More industry forums will be added in the months to come. The industry forums are in keeping with collaboration fostered at Celosphere 2022. Customers are at different points in their process journeys and can inspire each other with success stories and provide advice on challenges.

For Celonis, these forums provide a valuable feedback loop for future product innovations.

Here's a brief recap of what transpired at the industry forums.

Oil & Gas

Eight valued Celonis Oil & Gas customers joined in the inaugural Celonis Oil & Gas customer forum. Fun fact: this included four of the five largest international oil companies in the world. Customers shared operating models and how they evolved as well as blueprints for creating Process Digital Twins, a hot topic at Celosphere 2022.

In addition, we discussed Oil & Gas specific uses cases, elaborated on Celonis’ sustainability offering, and a framework for coaching project sponsors.

Financial Services

Nine financial services giants attended the Celonis industry forum including Credibom and ERGO, two companies featured at Celosphere 2022 sessions and keynotes.

The focus of the Financial Services industry forum was value realization. Customers shared their visions for realizing value as well as success stories. The group also brainstormed new use cases and techniques for realizing value.

CPG and Retail

Nine CPG and Retail customers joined this Celonis industry forum including Celosphere speakers from AB InBev, Reckitt and Ingka (IKEA). AB InBev and Pepsi shared their journeys with Celonis and Ingka outlined their continuous improvement efforts and use of Celonis Academy.

Celonis’ Miguel Milano, Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Owner, laid out a vision that connects CPG and Retail more closely to improve supply chain processes.

In the months to come, Celonis will create an EMEA Retail/CPG Forum and a global Future of Work Forum.
