The Clientfocus Supplier Reliability Cockpit enables you to actively manage your procurement process. Data-driven supplier management requires constant access to information on supplier reliability, both over time and on a daily basis, in order to continuously monitor throughput times. A lack of overview of open orders, allowing for forecasting or a follow-up of late orders, prevents a data-driven analysis as to which materials, suppliers, etc. are critical. In addition, outdated master data regarding planned delivery times results in inaccurate SAP materials management.

Compare the planned delivery time that is set in your SAP system, which is used to calculate the planned goods receipt dates for materials management, to the actual delivery time of your suppliers. In case of differences, the analysis supports you to update your master data by leveraging the Celonis Action Engine.
