Minsait’s Delivery Monitoring App tracks the life of delivery documents. This is divided into two phases: the first phase is deliveries generated on time and the second phase is deliveries delivered on time to the customer. Both phases represent the whole life of the delivery and the app's intended use is to find inefficiencies in this process.
This is where Minsait and Celonis combine their Strengths:
On-Time Generation Rate' and 'On-Time Delivery Rate'.
Highlight inefficiencies in the delivery process before the delivery leaves the warehouse and after.
Analyze date changes that occur during the delivery of an order and delays in order receipt confirmations (proof of delivery).
Includes key dimensions such as front office, retailer, mass activities, etc. to offer a wider perspective in the analysis.
This overview calculates the percentage of deliveries generated on time, late or early.
This can be measured in different units:
The second tab shows similar information but includes the percentage of deliveries delivered on time to the customer.
The drilldown tab focuses on studying the different KPI’s related to delivery for different dimensions. Such as customers, carriers, materials, etc.
The date change tab tracks changes in delivery creation date, requested date, delivery confirmation, etc. All on a customer and carrier basis. In addition to how many times dates are changed, how many days this impacts the life of the delivery.
This tab focuses on the proof of deliveries, when it is modified more than once, the cases where it is informed late, and the time difference to the creation of invoices.
A multidimensional benchmark is included in the analysis to compare the impact of the different attributes provided on the on-time delivery and generation rates.
