Rothbaum's Production Flow Control Cockpit application can be based on one or multiple processes used in operations like ERP or MES. The app shows the development of the Lead Time Adherence Rate per product category and current buffer sizes per workstation. The number of orders and buffer stocks at each individual workstation can be viewed to evenly control the workload in production. It is possible to filter on certain product attributes to figure out which attributes decrease the On-Time Delivery Rate. The App also compares the current lead time and the metadata in case of discrepancies, it allows to automatically transmit the information to the responsible employees or system.

In the Late Analyses, it is possible to analyze on a weekly basis the Intime rate and the buffer times. Based on this, the app determines which workstations are driving up the late order ratio in order to adjust production planning if necessary.
In the master data view, it is possible to adjust the lead time of a specific product or product group based on actual production times. An action flow informs the responsible employees or the new value can be written directly into another other IT-system.
