CFO View Dashboard that provides information on magnitude of revenue leakage due to duplicate payments by comparing the $ value of confirmed duplicate payments on Total spend and deriving percentage.
Managers View provides drill down details on duplicate payments, with probability of duplicates categorized as High, Medium, Low. This screen is working screen for Accounts Payment Manager to view duplicates for further investigation.
Open Invoices list provides list of potential duplicates open for review/verification.
Resolved invoices provides list of all invoices that have been investigated/reviewed and classified either as “True” - confirmed duplicate or “False” - False positive”
Analysis shows list of duplicates lines along with flag category to provide further inference on flag category to be investigated.
Review Invoice window allows to verify/classify and mark invoice as “True Positive” - Confirmed duplicate or “False Positive”
