Bright Cape's Smart Auditing application connects the audit log created by Celonis back into space, providing a near real-time data feed. Subsequently, high risks are provided to the auditors for control. These auditors can easily choose one of the preconfigured executions to follow up on the risks and ensure compliance.

Features & Capabilities
This view shows the number of unreviewed, in progress, and closed audit tasks, including relevant information i.e. days since the last action, day of the risk event, and person to perform the risk event.
This view shows the preconfigured actions that an auditor can take to follow up on risks. This includes accepting the risk and registering the acceptance, sending automatic emails to the person who performed the risk event to elaborate on why it was necessary, or assigning the risk to another auditor for review.
Allow your auditor to easily see which risks have been reviewed. Additionally, when a second-line audit is required, the auditor can select which high-risk events have been checked by requesting more information.
This dashboard provides an overview of all the risks, including the medium and small risks. These include small changed or deletion of packages which do not constitute a critical risk for the operation or permissions of Celonis, but could be interesting to review.
