Features & Capabilities
This view provides information about the automation of your process. It analyzes relevant metrics such as touchless rate, manual steps per sales order and rework rate and their evolution over time. The panel on the left includes filters to customize the data displayed in the analysis to match users preferences.
The Activity Types view segments the different activities into automatic, manual and mass to show the percentage of automation in each step of the process. This view also includes a drilldown table to compare automation between materials, front offices, warehouse, retailer and other dimensions selectable with the drilldown menu.
This view includes information on the expenses and time related to labor cost, and how it can be optimized. The table below contains the same information divided up by activity to be able to check how the time is being spent.
A multidimensional benchmark is included in the analysis to compare the impact of the different attributes provided on automation, throughput times and rework rate.
