NEW YORK and MUNICH, February 5, 2026 – Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, a key enabler of Enterprise AI, today announced Matt Cohen, CEO of CyberArk, has joined its Board of Directors. This appointment further strengthens Celonis’ leadership as the company scales its Process Intelligence Platform to power the AI-driven and composable enterprise.

Cohen brings a proven track record of scaling enterprise platforms for more than 20 years. He joined CyberArk in 2019, first as Chief Revenue Officer then stepping into the role of Chief Operating officer before taking on the mantle of CEO in 2023. Since then, he has led the identity security company through its successful transition to a platform model and significant global expansion. Prior to CyberArk, Cohen spent 18 years at PTC in various executive roles, including EVP of Worldwide Field Operations, where he helped scale the company to over $1 billion in ARR.
