Munich, October 30, 2025 - Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, and the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks (BRSO) strike a common note. Celonis is now an official partner of the BRSO. The cooperation involves support for the orchestra's national and international concert tours, as well as exclusive joint initiatives at the intersection of technology, culture, and society. This partnership will give Celonis’s employees, customers, and partners unique insights and bring “orchestration made in Germany” to life – not only via the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, but also in a cultural context.
International Renown Rooted in Munich
The first joint appearance will take place in only a few weeks at the Celonis customer conference, Celosphere, in Munich on November 4 and 5. Expected to attract over 3,000 participants from all around the world, the orchestra will provide musical accompaniment for the opening ceremonies at the conference. Chief Conductor Sir Simon Rattle will also share personal insights into the orchestra’s work during a panel discussion.
Through this partnership, Celonis is supporting one of the most renowned orchestras in the world. For decades, the BRSO has been at the forefront of music and is setting artistic standards.
As part of the collaboration, Celonis will sponsor future international performances by the BRSO, thereby promoting the export of top-quality Bavarian culture. To this end, Celonis will provide financial support for the orchestra's tours to Asia, the US, and, starting this November, European cities such as London, Paris, Madrid, and Barcelona.
With this cooperation, Celonis is underlining that a commitment to the arts, education, and society is part of corporate responsibility. Celonis employees and their families will get to enjoy exclusive concerts that are being planned. Additionally, customers and partners will have the opportunity to participate in meet-and-greets with Sir Simon Rattle and the BRSO’s soloists.
“The foundation for Celonis was laid as part of a student project for the Bavarian Radio, and now – 15 years later – the circle is complete,” says Bastian Nominacher, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Celonis. “The BRSO is a prime example of perfectly coordinated orchestration, and thus also a role model for the technology sector. We, too, are striving for ideal arrangements when we bring complex technologies together – for instance, when Process Intelligence sets the pace for the efficient usage of AI. For us, this partnership is of great emotional value and strong symbolic significance: together, we bring excellence from Munich to the world.”
“Celonis and the BRSO are a perfect match. Both are globally renowned for top quality from Bavaria. What's more, openness, a spirit of innovation and the ambition to continuously develop are central to the corporate identity of both organisations. The BRSO and its Chief conductor Sir Simon Rattle are very much looking forward to working with the people at Celonis“, says Nikolaus Pont, orchestra manager at the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks.
Successful orchestration will also be a focus of this year’s Celosphere. Visit us at Messe Munich on November 4 and 5, experience an ensemble from the BRSO live, and learn more about the perfect interplay of PI and AI.
