PwC Network and Software Company Celonis Agree on Strategic Alliance

PwC network and Celonis announce their global cooperation in the area of Process Mining with three focus areas: audit, finance transformation, and migration to SAP S/4 HANA

The international PwC network and the software company Celonis today announced the agreement of a global cooperation. Celonis, the market leader in AI-powered software for Process Mining and Process Excellence, has been a member of the small circle of German unicorns — private companies with a market valuation of over 1 billion USD — since 2018.

PwC and Celonis have been creating business value for hundreds of clients in over 40 countries since 2017 and have now agreed on a joint market strategy that will allow clients to benefit even more from the expertise, knowledge, and strengths of both companies. PwC will contribute its know-how as a consultant and business value architect, while Celonis will provide in-depth process knowledge and the technology.

Process Mining is a Powerful Tool for Process Optimization

Celonis clients will benefit from the alliance as PwC experts will support them in the interpretation of process analyses.

Focus on Audit, Finance, and SAP S/4 HANA

PwC and Celonis will work together to improve the audit process, using the Celonis software to digitize and further optimize the process by identifying hidden opportunities and ensuring compliance.

Another focus will be the transformation of the finance function: with Celonis, PwC can support companies even better in their transition to a digital and fact-based financial world. The third focus is the migration to SAP S/4 HANA: Celonis’ software enables PwC to drive preliminary studies and business case analyses for SAP S/4 HANA migrations even better.
