Koch Industries has significantly increased its performance on ServiceNow and highly reduced associated costs. In 2018, the Shared Service Department (KBS - Koch Business Solutions) went live with their first Celonis “ITSM - Incident Management” and “P2P - Purchase-to-Pay” processes to streamline about 3 million tickets annually. The results until today have been outstanding!
