Miguel is responsible for global sales, customer success, solution engineering, delivery, demand generation, and partners.
Miguel previously served as the President International for Salesforce where he grew Salesforce Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also led the go-to-market strategy across all international markets (excluding Japan and Canada). Miguel has a 28-year track record of building high-performance teams that deliver customer success and explosive growth on an international level. Before joining Salesforce, he served as Senior Vice President at Oracle, where he was instrumental to success and growth.
Arsenio is responsible for go-to-market strategy and operations, demand generation, and key growth programs at scale.
Arsenio previously served as COO at Salesforce International, which included UK, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. In his nine years at the company, he and Miguel grew the international business from low hundred million dollars to multi-billion dollars. He previously held roles at Oracle and McKinsey.
