As the Global Head of Field Enablement at Celonis, Dick leads a team of professionals responsible for the onboarding and ongoing development of Celonis' core customer facing roles, including sales, business development, customer value management, customer value architects and execution management consultants.
Throughout his career, Dick has helped major corporations and world class brands adapt to change and improve business performance through innovative technology and process improvement. Dick is also a subject matter expert on sales engagement and qualification processes and is the creator of MEDDIC, the leading sales qualification methodology used by high-tech B2B sales organizations around the world. Dick and wife Carolyn, have 3 grown sons and reside in West Chester, PA.
Kevin is responsible for global hiring, developing Celonis’ employer brand and giving employees world class experience when it comes to hiring.
Kevin previously led Talent Acquisition for IBM globally achieving 50k+ hires across 120 countries. Prior to that, he led Talent Acquisition at Cisco. Kevin has spent his entire career in Talent Acquisition and has a real interest in how new methodologies and technology can be used to develop a successful recruitment process.
