FrieslandCampina: Embedding Process Mining in the Continuous Improvement framework

To have process mining successfully embedded in the organisation, it must not be a standalone system implementation but it needs to be part of a framework. In the Shared Service Organization of FrieslandCampina we embedded Process Mining into our DMAIC model for continuous improvement. In this way we integrated process mining with continuous improvements, visual / performance measurement and automation / improvement projects.
