New applications enable companies to optimize processes and drive value across use cases such as Insurance Claims Processing, System Transformation, Software Development, and Sustainability.

MUNICH and NEW YORK, January 22, 2025 – Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining and Process Intelligence, today announced the launch of four new applications as part of its Celonis Platform Apps Program. These apps enable customers to quickly deploy solutions beyond Celonis’ existing use cases, realizing value in new areas powered by the expertise of Celonis’ ecosystem. They are co-created by Celonis and its partners Apolix, Bloomfilter, FITS-P, and Ventum.

Celonis for Claims Management Control Center - powered by Apolix

Claims leakage costs the insurance industry billions every year. The Claims Management Control Center app provides end-to-end visibility into the insurance claims process and actionable insights to reduce leakage by optimizing throughput time, prioritization, and process adherence. By deploying the app, a leading insurance company is realizing over $300K in value per month by better prioritizing credit hire referral fee opportunities.

Celonis for Software Development Lifecycle Management - powered by Bloomfilter

Software development projects notoriously face challenges such as budget overruns, missed deadlines, and incomplete deliverables. The Celonis for Software Development Lifecycle Management app provides end-to-end process transparency to align business and technical stakeholders, reduce waste from rework, and minimize risk from non-compliance. It features the first AI-powered process debugger for SDLC. Using the app, a network security pioneer transformed its development process in just 30 days, achieving improved SDLC predictability with 85% of sprints hitting goals (up from 25%), reducing stage wait times by 30-40%, and doubling delivery velocity.

Celonis for System Transformation Suite - powered by FITS-P

The deadline for companies to migrate their SAP ERP systems to S/4HANA is rapidly approaching – companies have until December 31, 2027. The System Transformation Suite helps companies keep their S/4 migration on scope, on time, on budget, and on value. The Suite extends Celonis’ existing offering to include dedicated modules for each phase of a system transformation (pre, during and post), addressing use cases such as master data consolidation to scenario testing.

Celonis for CBAM App - powered by Ventum

As part of the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), companies must map their emissions to materials in their supply chain. Built with insights from the Process Intelligence Graph, the Celonis CBAM App gives companies a fully-automated and auditable CBAM process today and a way to optimize certification costs for tomorrow.
