WASHINGTON and NEW YORK, August 19, 2025 — Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining, today announced it has received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization. Working with partner Knox, Celonis is now capable of meeting the strictest standards when handling the U.S. federal government’s most sensitive, unclassified data in a secure cloud computing environment.
“Public sector leaders are under tremendous pressure to do more with less, while citizen expectations continue to rise,” said Aubrey Vaughan, Vice President of Strategy for Public Sector at Celonis. “Celonis Process Intelligence is trusted by local, state and federal agencies across the U.S. to deliver better public services. Achieving FedRAMP authorization means more agencies have access to our software that’s already unlocked of billions in value across the public sector. We look forward to working with our partner Knox to expand our work with the U.S. government.”
Government agencies want to deliver best in class services to constituents—effectively, in line with policy, and without barriers or delays. Celonis helps agencies streamline their operations, uncovering and resolving hidden inefficiencies so they can meet their key objectives. The Celonis Platform enables agencies to create a living digital twin of their operations. It’s system-agnostic and unbiased. This digital twin, called the Process Intelligence Graph, gives agencies a common language, known as Process Intelligence, for understanding and improving how they run. With Process Intelligence, government agencies can continuously improve operations—not just by fixing problems but by preventing them altogether.
Celonis partnered with Knox, the largest and longest-running managed federal cloud provider, to achieve FedRAMP authorization.
“Our government needs more data-driven insights and information analysis. Therefore it’s an absolute honor to enable a company like Celonis to provide the intelligent solutions that will help agencies provide better services and unlock efficiency while retaining control over their data,” said Irina Denisenko, CEO, Knox.
Knox powers the most secure and longest-running managed federal cloud, with FedRAMP-authorized environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Knox supports authorizations across 15+ federal agencies and is becoming the backbone of compliance for the next generation of government SaaS.
