This gives stakeholders a single source of truth for easy-to-action insights. Celonis is now live across more than ten processes and supports over 50 use cases, including procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), inventory and warehouse management, as well as accounts receivable.

By deploying an AI-powered Celonis Copilot, the company empowers employees to interact intuitively with data and make faster, smarter decisions using natural-language queries – all without requiring advanced analytical expertise. For example, using a Celonis Process Copilot, workers at its production facilities can get near-real-time information on the availability of production materials.

Using AI and Celonis Process Orchestration, thyssenkrupp Rasselstein is minimizing scrap from unsold materials. The Celonis AI Annotation Builder automatically identifies the best customer for potentially scrap materials, with human-in-the-loop validation for adjustments. The Celonis Orchestration Engine then generates structured email offers, allowing customers to review, approve, reject, or modify an order for these materials with just one click. Customer decisions are captured, categorized, and analyzed for seamless follow-ups and continuous optimization.

This application of AI and Process Orchestration is a major step in embedding AI and process intelligence into daily operations, allowing thyssenkrupp Rasselstein to respond faster to changes and optimize decision-making across the organization.
