Celonis is making its Partner Enablement Program training and certification process more flexible and less costly with PEP 2.0.
On May 25, Celonis launched its new Partner Enablement Program designed to provide a “world class” enablement journey from the initial onboarding, through master classes and continuous learning.
“This is the year the Ecosystem gets unleashed,” said Gene Reznik, SVP, ecosystem and industries at Celonis, during a kick-off event in April to announce the revamped program.
Changing the world of business is a team sport. We need smart, committed people joining together to make the processes that run work more efficient and sustainable. Otherwise, we can’t address the challenges that loom large on the horizon, be they macroeconomic headwinds like inflation and supply chain constraints or existential threats such as climate change.
At Celonis, we have a long history of partnering with others to uncover and eliminate hidden inefficiencies in the processes that underpin modern society. The Celonis Partner Network combines the best process mining business expertise and technology to support organizations on their Execution Management journey. And to provide our partners the training they need to deliver incredible value and drive systemic change, Celonis Academy offers a suite of training courses and certification exams through the Partner Enablement Program (PEP).
Celonis has been running the PEP for nearly 2 years, and in mid-2021, we conducted a survey of over 50 different sources to learn what was working and what wasn’t with the program. We collected responses from our large GSI (global system integrator) partners, smaller regional SI (system integrator) partners, tech partners, our partner management teams and key personnel both internally and externally. PEP 2.0 is a result of the feedback we received from learners who have been through the program and people who use our platform on a regular basis.
“Our overall objective with these key changes is to provide a clear, efficient and value-focused learning journey for every kind of partner type and partner role,” said Shaun Flaherty, Celonis’s senior director, ecosystem solution and success.
