Celonis and Genpact Launch Solution to Optimize Transportation Networks, Lower Costs, and Enhance Carrier Management

Powered by the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, the Genpact Transportation Costs and Performance app is designed to consolidate process data from Oracle Transportation Management (TMS) systems—with the flexibility to adapt to other TMS platforms—and can be extended with WMS, ERP, and other logistics-related data if needed. It forms a digital twin of supply chain operations, from shipment planning and tendering to final delivery and returns, and is expected to enable operators to:

  • Reduce transportation costs: Planning proactively, effective resource management, spot freight management, and strict policy adherence with real-time alerting.

  • Transportation Cockpit: A central dashboard that summarizes key operational and financial metrics and KPI performance, offering real-time monitoring, easy identification of trends, and the ability to dig into specific transportation data for root cause analysis.
