• Proactively seek out process mining vendors integrating generative AI capabilities to expedite actionable insights generation and maximize the benefits of process mining endeavors.
• Adopt a more dynamic approach toward improving your processes by proactively identifying potential issues, optimizing processes dynamically and making data-driven decisions in rapidly changing environments. The integration of generative AI will enable more efficient real-time monitoring of processes.
• Employ a conversational approach to enable the democratization of process mining. Leverage natural language processing (NLP) integrations to enable a broader audience to understand and analyze data without the need for specialized skills, providing increased accessibility to process mining.”
