Celonis is bringing the power of process mining insights to more people with the Celonis Intelligence API. Using the API, developers can embed Celonis EMS intelligence directly into the information systems used across the enterprise, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.

The Intelligence API was first announced at Celosphere 2022, the company’s annual user event. The API is key to enabling Celonis Experiences and the company’s vision to meet customers on any platform where they work with actionable insights.
The Celonis EMS Connector for Power BI, the first product for Celonis Experiences for Microsoft, was also announced at Celosphere 2022. The EMS Connector for Power BI embeds Celonis insights and content directly into Microsoft’s Power BI data analytics software.
The Intelligence API entered general availability in March 2023.
The Celonis Intelligence API is a software interface designed to provide governed access to Celonis Intelligence for use in third-party tools and platforms. Using the Intelligence API, developers can connect to Celonis Knowledge models defined in the Celonis EMS and pull insights directly into the business systems people use every day. The Intelligence API provides the following functionalities:
Access available Celonis Knowledge Models and their details
Display a list of all records details and a list of filters to apply.
Connect data for a specific record to create the Celonis Experience within the 3rd party application, in context.
Celonis Intelligence API used to get a list of Knowledge Models from the Celonis EMS.
Celonis technology is already integrated into multiple business systems through the Celonis for Consulting program and partners like IBM, Accenture, KPMG, EY, Deloitte and PwC. The Celonis Intelligence API expands upon those efforts and provides the following benefits:

Augment Salesforce opportunity data with Celonis process intelligence to provide the next best actions to progress an opportunity,
Bring predictive credit limit suggestions into your daily ServiceNow workflows,
Monitor and adjust customer interactions with your digital commerce platform in real time using the Emporix Commerce Execution Platform (CXP) powered by Celonis, or
Support operational AP users via a Slack chatbot to retrieve insights about parked and blocked invoices through natural language. Understanding blocked invoices empowers the user to identify root causes and the impact of blocked invoices quickly, without needing to jump across several tools.
