Celonis Announces Partnership with ServiceNow
Celonis is pleased to announce today that it has officially partnered with ServiceNow, the leading provider of IT service management software. The official expansion into the ServiceNow ecosystem follows resounding success for flagship customers who are already seeing value from the combination of Process Mining and ITSM technologies, including household names like Becton Dickinson, Koch Industries, and CompuCom.

Celonis recently received certification of its application with ServiceNow, available now in the ServiceNow Store. Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that Celonis has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. Celonis Process Mining technology will be made available in the ServiceNow Store as a native extension to drive ITSM process improvement for ServiceNow customers.
