Atrebo, Celonis team up on telecommunications tower processes

Atrebo, which offers life-cycle management software for telecommunications companies, will integrate Celonis into its own software to optimize processes and execute better.

Under the partnership, Atrebo will leverage Celonis technology to enable mobile network operators (MNOs) and telecom companies manage the processes behind rental contracts.

Telecom companies often have thousands of rental contracts tied to telecommunications towers. These contracts are often managed by multiple teams and are negotiated annually. By integrating Celonis technology with Atrebo's TREE software, the two companies are enabling telecom companies to weed out process inefficiencies.

Atrebo's TREE software helps telecom companies to manage processes and workflows tied to tower infrastructure. Atrebo's TREE database feeds data to Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) in real-time and provides a dashboard with operational data and analytics.

The two companies also launched a Telco Rental Savings app to optimize rental processes. The Telco Rental Savings app is available on the Celonis Marketplace and feature role-based views as well as finance tools. Atrebo customers can use the app to identify issues and automate corrective action.

Celonis' partnership with Atrebo highlights how the Celonis EMS is being used for industry specific use cases. Jesús del Estad, Chief Executive Officer, Atrebo, said his company's telecommunications process expertise along with the Celonis EMS will "unlock hidden inefficiencies and optimize business performance for our telecom customers."
