The information is available in the Product Updates and Releases section of the community. Each post contains a description of what's being released, the release date, the ID(s) (if applicable) and links to any relevant documentation.

Studio features released in November 2022

Table components (15-12-2022) Description: Introduces an option to disable filtering using cell selections within the View’s Table component. This configuration can be defined in the component’s YAML setup. Documentation: Table documentation

Sync filters between views (15-12-2022) Description: Brings new ways of synchronizing filters between views. Until now, users could decide if filters should be carried over from one View to another View when using components such as a table or button. When a filter was applied on View 1, and the user jumped to another View 2 by clicking on a button, the filter was forwarded. With this new change, the user can decide if the filters should be shared forward only (as of today), backward only (bringing filters from View 2 to View 1 only), both ways or not at all. In addition to that, the filters are synced immediately. This works no matter if View 2 is a Profile View or linked to the table and button component via View key. Other components like execution gap list or process explorer will follow at a later stage. Documentation: Table documentation

SCIM API (November 2022) Description: Allows you to use the SCIM API as an alternative option to SAML-JIT for provisioning users and groups. Contrary to SAML-JIT, SCIM allows you to de-provision users Documentation: SCIM API

Celonis ID (November 2022) Description: Introduces Celonis ID - our new SSO solution for Celonis EMS. It’s a central login service that lets users access all their teams from one place with one password. Documentation: Celonis ID

Smart ETL (28-11-2022) Description: Introduces the Smart ETL which is part of a wider initiative around low latency of data pipelines. With the release of smart ETL, we’ll automatically change the execution order for all Transformation Tasks on a Data Job level from sequential execution to parallel orchestration. That means, before each Data Job execution, we are automatically calculating the optimal execution order based on the dependencies across all Transformation Tasks. This order is then used to orchestrate the execution of the respective Data Job. Documentation: Data Jobs

New Look for EMS (29-11-2022) Description: Brings completely redesigned Celonis EMS. While keeping information density high, we created a lighter, more modern, and playful look and feel that enables intuitive and inclusive UIs. Data Ingestion features released in November 2022

OData connectivity via Extractor Builder (03-11-2022) Description: Introduces full support of extracting from OData APIs into the Extractor Builder. This includes native and automatic support for filtering as well as support of all respective OData data types. To make use of the changes, and the API Type OData needs to be selected for the respective endpoints. Documentation: Extractor Builder

Databricks Extractor (22-11-2022) Description: Introduces the capability to extract from Databricks systems using JDBC. This feature is available upon request only. To enable it in your environment, contact servicedesk@celonis.com. Documentation: Databricks

High Availability / Load Balancing capability for JDBC on-premise Extractor (22-11-2022) Description: Brings you the High Availability and Load Balancing option for the on-premise JDBC (Database) Extractor. It allows you to run multiple on-premise Extractor instances connecting to the same database at the same time. It comes with the following benefits. This feature is available upon request only. Automation features released in November 2022

Microsoft SMTP/IMAP OAuth ID as a new Connection Type in Action Flow Email app (November 2022) Description: Brings Microsoft SMTP/IMAP OAuth ID as a new connection type in the Action Flows Email app. Action required: Microsoft is deprecating the basic authorization protocol as of the 1st of January, 2023. If you use Microsoft as an Email provider in the Action Flows Email app, make sure to update your connections using Microsoft SMTP/IMAP OAuth before the 1st of January, 2023. Sustainable Spend Management app (November 2022) Description: Introduces the Sustainable Spend Management app unifies siloed procurement and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data sources including purchase requests, ESG scorecards, and high-risk suppliers into a single solution to boost the productivity of Category Managers to help meet the highest ESG standards and compliance. Shipping Emissions Reduction app (November 2022) Description: Brings the Celonis Shipping Emission Reduction app calculates shipping emissions in real time to empower supply chain teams to discover, prioritize and reduce their shipping emissions. The app also allows you to pinpoint the exact inefficiencies and actions to capture that carbon-saving potential. Documentation: Shipping Emissions Reduction

AR Collections and Disputes App V. 1.0 (November 2022) Description: Introduces Celonis’ Collections and Dispute Management Execution Apps, a purpose-built application(s) that optimizes, automates the collections process and streamline dispute management by reusing a combination of process and customer data. The Collections App serves as your team’s collections hub, providing team management functionalities, customized views across stakeholders, KPI tracking and analytics, intelligent prioritization and assessment of customer risks to supercharge your collections efforts. AR Credit Management App V.1.0 (November 2022) Description: Introduces the AR Credit Management App which facilitates efficient and accurate credit operations. The app streamlines your process with real-time credit risk assessment, intelligent credit limit suggestions, automated credit reviews, and support for 3rd party credit data integration.
