Today, we announce the launch of our COVID-19 Customer Care Program to help you navigate this crisis in the best way we can. Helping you, in a quick glance, to see how COVID-19 has impacted your business processes, and decide and automate the best actions you can take according to this valuable information. We developed three FREE Celonis apps that help with two of the most critical challenges companies face due to COVID-19, Cash Preservation and Supply Chain Exposure. You can find demo videos of these apps on our special COVID-19 Customer Care Program website.
For existing Celonis 4 and IBC customers, they are available to download on the Celonis Community and the Celonis Appstore. If you’d like to address any other COVID-19 use cases, reach out to your customer success manager and we will deploy resources quickly and pragmatically. We want to also make these apps available to all those who need it, even beyond our customer base. Therefore we will publish light versions to the public on our FREE Celonis Snap platform. These do not require a Celonis system or a connection to your data sources.
