Your Galaxy Journey

Stage 1: Onboarding
Stage 1: Onboarding

During your initial two months, your focus will be on developing a solid comprehension of our Celonis Software and the Services organization. You will receive comprehensive training on Celonis, engaging in foundational Academy courses, participating in practical exercises, and shadowing experienced members of the Services team, while immersing yourself in the Celonis culture.

Stage 2: Development
Stage 2: Development

As you become comfortable in the role, your learning curve will intensify with courses guiding you in creating and delivering impactful presentations, implementing Object Centric Process Mining, and developing tailored solutions. You’ll rotate within the Services organization, shadowing members from various teams to gain diverse exposure to the projects and opportunities available within the Services team.

Stage 3: Launch
Stage 3: Launch

You’ll earn certifications in Data Analysis and Data Engineering and be able to contribute to Celonis’ goals with the expertise you’ve gained over the previous 9 months. You’ll lead client workshop simulations and continue your journey around the Celonis Services organization. Finally, get ready for your graduation and join your destination team at month 12.

What You'll Need

Academic background: You have a degree level in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program

Work experience: You have gathered work or internship experience in (IT-) Consulting or similar.

Aspiration: You have an interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how. You find pleasure in interacting with diverse customers. You possess the ability to comprehend and interpret business processes. Additionally, you have analytical skills and a basic understanding of SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.

Where are you hiring?

New York, Munich, Madrid, London and Bangalore.

Is there a deadline for applications?

Hiring for our North America cohort begins in March and closes in May. Hiring for our Europe and APAC cohort begins in May and closes in August. Applying early gives you the best opportunity to join the program.

How should I prepare for my interview?

Spend time researching Celonis and the product. There are great resources on our website regarding our solutions and the common processes we touch. You can also research our customer success stories to see why and how our work is impactful. Candidates who have gone above and beyond to speak to individuals at Celonis and read about us online tend to perform best in the interview process.

Is there any travel involved in the program?

There is no assigned travel in this program. Though associates are able to visit different offices to work from time to time.

What skills will I gain as part of the Galaxy program?

Deep product knowledge, broad and deep experience of various business processes such as finance/accounting/warehouse management/procurement/inventory management/supply chain etc., technical acumen in Data Science, Process Mining, Machine Learning…), presentation skills, project management, and problem-solving.

What are the characteristics of the most successful Galaxy associates?

Excited problem-solver, great team player, outside-of-the-box thinker, and not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.

What happens after I complete the program?

The program is designed to prepare associates for a career as a Consultant in Celonis Services. Once participants meet the exit criteria, they transition into their destination team in a Celonis office of their choosing.
