We believe that all aspects of well-being are important to have a balanced life.

Our comprehensive, country-specific healthcare plans, gym subsidy, free access to Headspace and other resources that support physical and mental well-being are just a small part of what we’re building to make sure every Celonaut has access to the care, for both body AND mind, that is right for them.

Work + Life

We all have lives beyond work and here at Celonis, we want to support Celonauts through their key life stages and milestones. Our generous family leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, helps new parents to spend time bonding with their baby or adopted child in a way that fits their family circumstances. Celonauts are eligible for this benefit from day 1 of their journey with us!

Step 3: Show us your potential

We have a 3-stage interview process.

  1. First an initial interview with the recruiter.
  2. Then an interview with your potential dedicated hiring manager, team lead, or team members. You may need to prep for a challenge or task for this interview.
  3. Finally, an interview with a senior management team member.

Simultaneously a Revelian aptitude test as well as a HiPeople Reference Check are taking place.
