Which advice would you give to less experienced women who are just starting their career?

  • Never doubt yourself. Everything you dream of, you can make it happen.

  • Never stop challenging yourself, because when you stop challenging yourself, you stop growing/developing.

  • Good communication skills

  • Eager to learn and to go the extra mile

What challenges do you face every day and how do you deal with them?

  • Life at Celonis moves fast and things can change very quickly, which is a true sign of a fast-growing company. Sometimes the strategies can change once or twice in a week, for example in terms of the profile we are looking for.   

  • Change can frustrate people; however, all the change I’ve experienced at Celonis had a strong positive impact in the business. We are committed to continuously improving our company and the fact that we are able to very quickly adjust ourselves to different situations/realities and be so dynamic & adaptable is great!

  • How to deal with challenges? Always think about the positive/bright side of everything :)

How does a typical day at Celonis look like for you?

There’s no such thing as a typical day at Celonis. Every day is a new day full of different new things and new challenges which I love as it keeps me fully engaged. However, tasks and responsibilities I often do daily within the Talent Acquisition team at Celonis include:

  • Scheduling and conducting interviews

  • Regularly collaborating with my key stakeholders (hiring managers) and my team members

  • Identifying strong talent through LinkedIn & Greenhouse (which is our Applicant Tracking System)

  • Ensuring an optimal candidate experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process from start to finish

Carolina, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, joined the Celonis in April 2020 - for the London Office. She holds a Major in Business Management and gained previous working experience at an Executive Search Firm. Carolina is Portuguese and one of many very sporty Celonauts.
